The team behind Family Treats Homemade Ice Cream is an especially close-knit one: the Giles family of five! Scott is a fourth grade teacher and spends evenings after school making the ice cream while Carmen manages the business. The kids, Brady, 18, Easton, 12 and Paisley, 11, also have important roles—as taste testers!
