Griese Law Firm was built on the idea that preparation matters, and people matter more. Founded in 2018 by Sioux Falls native Nicole Griese, the firm has grown into a trusted resource for individuals navigating complex family and criminal legal matters.
Griese’s path to law started early, shaped by experiences in Teen Court and Mock Trial before continuing through the University of South Dakota and Charlotte School of Law. After gaining experience at multiple firms, she launched her own practice with a clear vision to create a firm grounded in authenticity, strategy, and relentless advocacy.
Since then, the team has helped more than 1,000 South Dakotans through life-changing legal situations. From securing Not Guilty verdicts in serious criminal cases to guiding families through divorce, custody, and adoption, the work is both high-stakes and deeply personal.
