“When people ask me how we have become so successful, I often joke that VIKOR is a 30-year overnight success,” Snyder said. “We’ve learned a lot over the last 30-plus years. We like to think of ourselves as the biggest mom-and-pop company in our industry with more room to grow. We still have that small company feel. Today, VIKOR has 200 employees and 9 locations throughout the nation. However, the Sioux Falls community will always be a special place to Snyder.
