Maggie Berg, Casual Shoes Manager | SCHEELS
Maggie Berg has worked at SCHEELS since 2016, primarily as the Casual Shoes Manager. In addition to leading a sales team, Maggie is part of the buying team for Women’s Casual Footwear, traveling to Fargo and Atlanta, where she assists in selecting new footwear for upcoming seasons.
Part of Maggie’s role as a Manager includes developing her current team members and training new sales associates. She leads weekly meetings to help associates stay up-to-date on the newest products. “There are many different shoes out there, and keeping up on the new technology is important to helping your customer and giving them the best experience.”
To Maggie, the most special part about working at SCHEELS are the connections she makes. “I love seeing repeat customers who tell me they love their shoes and that I helped them find the perfect pair. It’s so satisfying to know that I’ve built a connection with a customer and helped them find shoes that fit their needs.”
