Mindy Werder grew up near Sioux Falls, on a farm outside of Pipestone, MN. She attended college at the University of Sioux Falls and graduated from the University of South Dakota School of Law. She joined Lynn, Jackson, Shultz & Lebrun in October 2020 after moving to Sioux Falls with her husband Ben and their two sons, Zeke and Zion. She assists in custody, divorce, adoption, and child support cases.
Having grown up with a large family in an agricultural area near Sioux Falls, Mindy understands the importance of family-owned agricultural property businesses, and the importance and complexities of family relationships. Over the last twelve years in private practice, Mindy has become adept in handling the unique issues that arise in divorce and custody cases, zealously advocating for her clients while also attempting to maintain harmony. Mindy always strives to protect children and seeks the result that would be in their best interest.
